is a favored hiking area in La Jolla. Make your way up the hills and through the trees as you attempt to navigate your way to one of the hidden swings somewhere along the paths. Many appreciate the views of the ocean and the neighborhood homes below.
Yet another popular choice is Blacks Beach
. This area combines a trailhead and hiking paths with a secluded beach. It makes a great location for surfing, and provides incredible photo opportunities. Dogs are even allowed at certain times so you can get your canine companion in the water for a swim.
The Cave Store
is a tourist attraction you don't want to miss. You'll navigate your way through an old bootlegger's tunnel before you find yourself in a sea cave made of sandstone.
